Requirements for this character are that he/she must be experienced enough th get recruited for and survive a Blightlands expedition. Combat skills are obligatory, survival skills are recommended.
Furthermore, this character must be a member of the Thieves Guild and as such, must be a skilled thief in some extent, be it pickpocketing, buglary, lockpicking, or whatnot.
Race is not of importance, but note that the expedition leader will be more paranoid about human and dwarfen hirelings than elven hirelings. The difference is small, however.
