Overall personality:
Raz is very untrusting of people and often fearful around new people. This isn't a fear of people, but a fear of their motives. He has a constant fear that even the ones he trusts are going to end up backstabbing him. New members in his guild normally end up going through a 'unofficial intuition' so Raz can start to see if they are trustworthy or not.
Raz is also usually quiet in social situations, only talking when it is needed.

Overall history:
The only life Raz ever knew was that of a thief. Being taught that taking things that aren't yours and not paying for things is okay, only if you make sure no one else knows. His family was a quiet family and no one in the town knew much about them. In his teens his father formed the thieves guild, which it was passed down to Raz when his father retired.
